You prepay a fixed-price order, qualified leads or done-for-you signed cases, and we don't stop until your full pilot volume is delivered. Anything that misses your criteria is replaced at no charge.

Every order is prepaid at a fixed price, set by state. The pilot is 100 posted leads or a minimum of 10 done-for-you signed cases. This is not a retainer. A retainer is a monthly fee plus ad spend you fund on top, win or lose. Here your money only ever buys outcomes. Ads, funnels, creative, and CRM integration are funded entirely by us. $0 setup.

We deliver your full order: flag a bad lead or case within 72 hours, we review within 48, and approved misses are replaced, not refunded in cash. We target 30 days. If it takes longer, we keep working at no cost to you.

• Posted leads: bad leads don't count toward your order.
• Signed cases: we run intake and sign the retainer as your contractor, so you only take signed clients.

Every lead is sold once. To one firm. We never resell, ping post, or share leads with competing firms. When a lead hits your CRM, you are the only attorney they will hear from through us.

This is why exclusive leads convert at 10 to 20% versus 1 to 5% for shared inventory. No race to the phone. No four other firms calling first.

We do not batch, hold, or cherry pick leads. When a qualified prospect submits, it is sent to you immediately.

Delivery methods:

• Webhook: Real time JSON payload via HTTP POST
• Email fallback: If your webhook is down, leads auto send to a backup email. No leads lost
• Field mapping: We map our fields to your CRM during setup (LeadDocket, Filevine, Clio, or any webhook capable system)

• Minimum order: a prepaid order of 50 leads (full pilot is a 100-lead order)
• Contract: None. Prepaid per order, no auto-renewal, no long-term commitment.

• Estimated case value thresholds
• Geographic restrictions

Note: Additional filtering may reduce volume or require extra setup, but ensures you only receive leads that fit your practice.

We operate under the group model consistent with ABA Model Rules 7.1 and 7.2.

• No geographic exclusivity claims (where prohibited)
• No attorney endorsements
• No fee splitting or revenue sharing with attorneys
• Done-for-you signed cases run as your marketing and intake contractor, never a paid referral
• Clear consumer disclosures
• No misleading language ("free," "pro bono," "survey," etc.)

We follow state specific advertising rules and continuously monitor compliance. TCPA compliant consent (TrustedForm or Jornaya) on every lead, FCC 1:1 consent language, IP and timestamp logged, retained 5 years.

Most clients see 8 to 12% conversion from web submitted leads to signed cases. Firms responding in under 5 minutes convert 2 to 3x higher.

We automatically exclude:

• Property Damage Only: No injury reported
• Soreness Only: No documented medical treatment
• Spam / Fake: Duplicate, bot, or fake contact info
• Already Represented: Lead already has an attorney
• Out of Geography: Accident outside your configured area
• Expired Cases: Accident beyond 12 months (or your custom threshold)
