Claim Supply
Last updated: February 26, 2026
1. Nature of Services
Claim Supply, operated by NoManagement B.V., provides performance based legal marketing and intake services. We run the paid media (ads and funnels) across Meta, Google, and YouTube at our own cost, on behalf of our law firm clients. We generate and deliver exclusive motor vehicle accident (MVA) inquiries to personal injury law firms on a prepaid, pay per lead basis. Leads are sold in prepaid orders at a fixed price per lead, set by state. Posted leads that fail the qualification criteria locked at onboarding do not count toward the purchased order, and delivery continues until the order is fulfilled. We also offer done-for-you signed cases: Claim Supply acts as the firm's marketing and intake contractor, the firm is the firm of record, and clients sign the firm's retainer.
We are not a law firm, do not practice law, and do not provide legal advice, legal representation, or legal referral services. Attorneys pay Claim Supply for marketing services in compliance with ABA Model Rules 7.1 and 7.2.
2. No Attorney Client Relationship
Using this website, submitting a form, or receiving leads through Claim Supply does not create an attorney client relationship between you and Claim Supply, or between you and any participating law firm.
Any attorney client relationship is formed solely between a law firm and a prospective client through their own independent evaluation and engagement process.
3. Service Terms & Payment
Law firm clients engage Claim Supply on the following terms:
- Monthly service: No long term contracts required. Either party may terminate with written notice.
- Minimum order: a prepaid order of 50 leads.
- Payment terms: Lead orders are prepaid at a fixed price per lead, by state, as specified in your Insertion Order or Master Service Agreement.
- Payment methods: ACH, wire transfer, or credit card via Stripe.
- Delivery: Delivery begins after payment is received and continues until the purchased order is fulfilled.
Specific pricing, coverage, and volume terms are defined in each client's Insertion Order agreement.
4. No Guarantee of Outcomes
Claim Supply does not guarantee:
- Case acceptance or retention rates
- Lead-to-client conversion rates
- Case settlement values or legal outcomes
- Specific lead volumes within a given timeframe
Law firms are solely responsible for intake, follow-up, case evaluation, and client engagement. Lead conversion depends on factors outside Claim Supply's control, including response time, intake process quality, and case merit evaluation.
5. Exclusivity
Where stated in a client's Insertion Order, leads are exclusive at the individual lead level. This means:
- Each delivered lead is allocated to one law firm only within our system
- Leads are not resold, ping posted, or shared with other Claim Supply clients
- Exclusivity applies only to leads generated by Claim Supply's campaigns
We do not control, represent, or warrant exclusivity over third-party advertising activity, competitor campaigns, or other lead generation services operating in the same geographic area.
6. Lead Qualification & Order Guarantee
A lead is "qualified" when it meets the standard qualification criteria (verified injury, claimant not at fault, no existing attorney representation, incident within 12 months, within the client's service area, not a duplicate from the prior 30 days, valid contact information) plus any customizations locked in writing at onboarding. No other standard applies.
- Flag window: Leads may be flagged within 72 hours of the delivery timestamp. After 72 hours, the lead counts toward the order.
- Resolution: Claim Supply reviews each flag and issues a decision within 48 hours. The 48 hour commitment applies to the decision; replacement leads are delivered as campaigns produce them.
- Order fulfillment: Leads that fail the locked criteria, if flagged within 72 hours, do not count toward the order and are replaced; they are not refunded in cash. Claim Supply delivers the full ordered quantity, best efforts within 30 days.
- Counts toward the order: working contact numbers the client's intake did not reach, leads that went silent after delivery, leads that retained another firm, cases that settled below projected value, and cases that became complex during litigation.
- Custom filters: Filtering beyond the standard criteria may extend the delivery window.
- Signed cases: delivered as signed retainers and covered by the replacement guarantee in the applicable agreement.
- Flag cap: Flag rates exceeding 20% of delivered leads within a billing period may trigger account review.
7. Prohibited Use
You agree not to:
- Resell, redistribute, or share leads with any third party without written permission from Claim Supply
- Misrepresent Claim Supply as a law firm, legal service, or referral service
- Use leads in violation of the TCPA, state bar rules, FTC regulations, or any applicable local law
- Contact leads for purposes unrelated to the legal matter described in their inquiry
- Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or extract data from Claim Supply's systems
- Use Claim Supply's services while your law license is suspended or revoked
Violation of these terms may result in immediate account termination without refund of prepaid amounts.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, design, and software, is the property of NoManagement B.V. and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on this website without our prior written consent. The Claim Supply name and logo are trademarks of NoManagement B.V.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Claim Supply and NoManagement B.V. shall not be liable for:
- Attorney decisions regarding case acceptance, strategy, or outcomes
- Missed or delayed communications with leads
- CRM, webhook, or integration failures outside our control
- Legal, financial, or reputational outcomes arising from lead engagement
- Indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages of any kind
In no event shall Claim Supply's total liability exceed the amount paid by the client to Claim Supply during the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Claim Supply, NoManagement B.V., and their officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising from:
- Your use of leads in violation of these Terms
- Your violation of applicable law, bar rules, or the TCPA
- Any dispute between you and a consumer lead
- Your misrepresentation of Claim Supply's services
11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any disputes arising from these Terms or Claim Supply's services shall first be addressed through good faith negotiation. If unresolved within 30 days, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration administered under the rules of the Netherlands Arbitration Institute (NAI), with proceedings conducted in English.
Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction to protect intellectual property or prevent irreparable harm.
12. Modifications
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Material changes will be communicated to active clients via email.
Continued use of Claim Supply's services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
13. Text Messages and Phone Calls (SMS Terms)
Program. Claim Supply sends account and sales messages to people who give us their number: confirmations and reminders for a call you booked, and, where you have agreed to it, follow up about our services.
Consent. Marketing and sales messages, and any automated or AI voice call, are sent only where you have checked the consent box on our site. That consent is never a condition of doing business with us, and we record the date, time and page where it was given. Messages about a call you booked are sent because you gave us your number for that purpose.
Frequency and cost. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply, charged by your carrier, not by us.
Stopping. Reply STOP to any message to stop all texts. Reply HELP for help, or email info@claim.supply. An opt out applies across every campaign and every number we send from, not just the message you replied to. We honor it immediately.
Timing. We send between 8am and 9pm in your local time.
Carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Your data. How we store and use your number is set out in our Privacy Policy. We do not sell your phone number.
