Attorney Advertising Notice
This website may constitute attorney advertising in certain jurisdictions. Claim Supply is a legal marketing and lead generation service operated by NoManagement B.V. We are not a law firm, do not practice law, and do not provide legal advice or legal representation.
Claim Supply operates under a group advertising and lead generation model consistent with the American Bar Association (ABA) Model Rules of Professional Conduct, specifically:
- Rule 7.1 (Communications Concerning a Lawyer's Services): All advertising materials are truthful and not misleading. No claims of case outcomes, success rates, or attorney quality are made.
- Rule 7.2 (Advertising): Attorneys pay Claim Supply for marketing services on a per-lead basis. Payments are for advertising services, not for legal referrals or case referral fees.
State-specific advertising rules may impose additional requirements. Participating attorneys are responsible for ensuring their use of Claim Supply's services complies with the rules of their respective state bar associations.
Compliance Principles
Claim Supply adheres to the following compliance standards across all advertising campaigns and lead generation activities:
- No fee-splitting: We do not share in legal fees, case settlements, or contingency compensation with attorneys.
- No pay-per-signed-case: Attorneys pay a fixed per-lead fee for marketing services. Compensation is not tied to whether a lead becomes a retained client.
- No attorney endorsements or rankings: We do not rank, rate, endorse, or recommend specific attorneys or law firms.
- No misleading claims or guarantees: We do not guarantee case acceptance, conversion rates, case values, or legal outcomes.
- Transparent advertising: All consumer-facing advertising clearly identifies Claim Supply as a marketing service, not a law firm.
TCPA Compliance
All leads generated by Claim Supply are subject to the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and related regulations:
- Prior express written consent: Each lead includes documented consent obtained at the point of inquiry, authorizing contact by phone, text, or email regarding their legal matter.
- TrustedForm certification: Consent events are recorded and certified by TrustedForm, providing an independent, timestamped certificate of the consumer's consent interaction.
- Jornaya verification: Where applicable, lead events are tracked through Jornaya's LeadiD system for additional consent documentation.
- One-to-one consent: Following the FCC's January 2025 one-to-one consent rule, each consumer's consent is tied to a single identified business (the participating law firm).
Claim Supply maintains consent records for a minimum of five (5) years in accordance with TCPA record retention best practices.
Telemarketing Sales Rule (TSR) & Do-Not-Call (DNC)
Claim Supply's lead generation model is inbound-inquiry based. Consumers initiate contact by completing a web form or clicking a call extension in response to advertising. However:
- Participating law firms are responsible for scrubbing leads against the National Do-Not-Call Registry before initiating outbound calls.
- Claim Supply does not conduct outbound telemarketing to consumers.
- All consumer-initiated inquiries include opt-out instructions for future communications.

Data Handling & Lead Quality

- Quality guarantee: Leads that do not meet stated qualification criteria are eligible for credit-exchange within 5 business days.
- Data retention: Consumer personal information is retained for 90 days for operational purposes and up to 365 days for converted leads, after which personally identifiable information is purged.
