A qualified lead meets all of these criteria:
- Real Person: Valid phone number and email (validated)
- MVA Case: Auto accident with injury reported
- Not Represented: No attorney currently hired
- Your Territory: Accident occurred in your configured area
- Pre-Screened: Passes all intake qualification questions
- Recent: Accident within statute of limitations
What we do NOT guarantee:
- Signed retainer rates (conversion depends on your intake)
- Police report already obtained (details collected when available)
- Liability determination (pre-screened, not confirmed)
- Case value estimates
If a lead fails to meet the qualification criteria above, you're eligible for a replacement credit.
We automatically exclude:
- Property Damage Only: No injury reported
- Soreness-Only: No documented medical treatment
- Spam / Fake: Duplicate, bot, or fake contact info
- Already Represented: Lead already has an attorney
- Out-of-Territory: Accident outside your configured area
- Expired Cases: Accident beyond 24 months (or your custom threshold)
Additional custom exclusions can be configured during onboarding (e.g., minimum injury severity, specific accident types).
Territory exclusivity is granted per county or zip code cluster.
What "Exclusive" Means
Once you lock a territory, no other PI firm in our network receives leads from that area. Each lead is delivered to one firm only. We do not:
- Resell leads to other attorneys
- "Ping" leads to multiple buyers
- Share your territory with competitors
Low Volume Areas
For rural or low-density territories, we may recommend adjacent counties or broader targeting to meet your monthly volume goals.

Your requirements:
