Claim Supply is a legal marketing and lead generation service operated by NoManagement B.V. We are not a law firm, do not provide legal advice, and do not offer legal representation.
This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and share information submitted through our website at www.claim.supply and through our advertising campaigns.
By using our website or submitting information through our forms, you agree to the practices described in this policy.
2. Information We Collect
We collect different categories of information depending on how you interact with our services:
A. Firm / Business Information (Law Firm Clients)
When a law firm engages our services, we collect:
- Contact name and job title
- Law firm name and bar number
- Work email address and phone number
- Practice location and licensed jurisdictions
- Desired lead volume and case types
- CRM or intake software used (for integration setup)
- Billing information (processed by Stripe; we do not store payment card numbers)
B. Consumer Lead Information (Generated by Our Campaigns)
When a consumer submits an inquiry through one of our advertising campaigns, we collect:
- Full name
- Phone number and email address
- Location (city, state, ZIP code)
- Accident details and responses to qualification questions
- Timestamp, IP address, and device/browser data
- TCPA consent records (TrustedForm certificates, Jornaya LeadiD tokens)
C. Website Analytics Data
We use Google Analytics (GA4) to collect aggregated, anonymized usage data including:
- Pages visited and time on site
- Referral source and geographic region
- Device type and browser
This data is used to improve our website and marketing campaigns. It is not linked to individual consumer lead records.
3. How We Use Information
We use the information we collect for the following purposes:
- Operate, optimize, and measure advertising campaigns across Google, Meta, and programmatic networks
- Screen and qualify motor vehicle accident inquiries against defined criteria
- Deliver qualified leads to participating law firms via CRM webhook, email, or live transfer
- Verify TCPA consent and maintain compliance documentation
- Prevent fraud, spam, duplicate submissions, and abuse
- Maintain audit trails, dispute records, and quality assurance logs
- Process payments and manage law firm accounts
- Respond to inquiries and provide customer support
We do not sell consumer data to third parties for unrelated marketing purposes. Lead data is shared exclusively with the one participating law firm assigned to that lead.
4. How Information Is Shared
If you submit information as a potential claimant:
- Your information will be shared with one participating personal injury law firm licensed in your state
- We do not recommend, endorse, or rank attorneys
- Submission does not create an attorney-client relationship
- Legal representation is not guaranteed
- We will not share your information with multiple firms unless you submit additional inquiries
If you submit information as a law firm:
- Your information is used solely for onboarding, service delivery, billing, and account communication
- We do not share your business information with competing firms
Third-party service providers:
We use the following categories of service providers who may process data on our behalf:
- Payment processing: Stripe (PCI-compliant)
- Consent verification: TrustedForm, Jornaya
- Analytics: Google Analytics
- Hosting: Vercel
- Database: Supabase (encrypted at rest and in transit)
5. Consent to Contact (TCPA)
By submitting information through our forms, you expressly consent to be contacted by phone, text, or email regarding your inquiry, including via automated dialing systems and pre-recorded messages, by the law firm assigned to your inquiry.
Consent is documented using third-party verification tools (TrustedForm, Jornaya) and retained for a minimum of five (5) years.
You may revoke consent at any time by contacting us at [email protected] or by replying STOP to any text message. Revoking consent will not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent given before revocation.
6. Cookies & Tracking Technologies
Our website uses the following cookies and tracking technologies:
- Google Analytics (GA4): First-party cookies for anonymized site analytics. You can opt out via Google's opt-out browser add-on.
- Essential cookies: Required for basic website functionality (session management, form submission). These cannot be disabled.
We do not use third-party advertising cookies on our marketing website. Advertising cookies may be present on our campaign landing pages, which are governed by separate disclosures at the point of data collection.
7. Data Retention
We retain personal information for the following periods:
- Consumer lead data: 90 days for operational purposes. Personally identifiable information (name, phone, email) is purged after 90 days for non-converted leads.
- Converted lead data: Up to 365 days for leads that result in attorney engagement, to support dispute resolution and quality assurance.
- TCPA consent records: Minimum 5 years, in accordance with regulatory best practices.
- Law firm account data: Retained for the duration of the business relationship plus 3 years for tax and audit purposes.
- Analytics data: Retained per Google Analytics default retention settings (14 months).
8. Data Security
We implement commercially reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect personal information, including:
- TLS encryption for all data in transit (HTTPS)
- AES-256 encryption for data at rest (database and backups)
- Row-level security policies restricting data access by role
- Regular security monitoring and access logging
No system is 100% secure. While we take data security seriously, we cannot guarantee absolute security of information transmitted to or stored by our systems.
9. Your Rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the following rights regarding your personal information:
- Access: Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
- Correction: Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data
- Deletion: Request deletion of your personal data (subject to legal retention requirements)
- Opt-out: Opt out of future communications at any time
