What is the difference between a lead and a signed retainer?+
A form-fill lead gives your intake team an exclusive inquiry, contact details, qualification answers and consent information. Your team handles contact, evaluation and signing. With signed retainers, we also run intake and get the claimant’s signature on your firm’s representation agreement before handoff.
Are these fresh, exclusive inquiries or shared inventory?+
We generate inquiries through the campaigns and qualification funnels we run. A qualified inquiry is delivered in real time, in seconds, to one buying firm. Exclusivity applies to the claimant supplied by us. It does not prevent that person from contacting another firm independently, and an approved release ends exclusivity under the agreement.
Should we buy leads or have you handle intake?+
Choose form-fill leads if your team can respond promptly, follow up and complete intake. Choose signed retainers if you want us to handle screening and the claimant’s signature. You can evaluate a scoped pilot alongside your existing acquisition channels; you do not need to replace an existing provider to start.
What conversion rate or case value can we expect?+
No conversion rate, case value or settlement is guaranteed. For form-fill leads, your response and follow-up affect how many inquiries become clients. Signed retainers include the claimant’s signature, while legal evaluation and case outcomes remain with your firm. Compare the complete cost per signed case when assessing the two products.
What can a fractional legal assistant take off our plate?+
On eligible cases we deliver, support can include letters of representation, insurance-claim filing, medical scheduling and attendance confirmation, case follow-ups, file administration and medical-lien negotiation with your physician network. The service scope and charge are agreed separately. Your firm directs the work and retains every legal decision.
Who runs the campaigns and intake?+
Claim Supply runs the ads and qualification funnels. Form-fill leads go to your intake team. For signed retainers, our intake team also screens the claimant and obtains their signature. Your firm retains the legal work and case decisions.
Do claimants sign our firm’s retainer?+
Yes. For the signed-retainer product, the claimant signs your firm’s representation agreement before the handoff. You supply the document during setup and your firm reviews the delivered agreement and handles client onboarding.
Can this work alongside our existing acquisition?+
Yes. A defined pilot lets you evaluate the service alongside your current channels. Agree the target areas, qualification and delivery rules first, then review the results against your firm’s intake capacity and acquisition costs.
Which states can we target?+
Tell us your states and whether you want statewide coverage or individual target areas. The final scope confirms the markets we can serve and any requirements that affect availability, delivery pace or pricing.
Are you a law firm or a referral service?+
Claim Supply provides legal marketing and advertising services. We do not provide legal advice, endorse attorneys or decide legal strategy. Your firm evaluates representation and retains responsibility for its clients and cases.
